eBooks...what to do with that Kindle or Nook

There's a great article out there on how to manage content on devices in classrooms and schools...and I learned a lot...

We in education seem to grapple with wanting to use the latest technology, but are finding it hard finding the way to do it correctly.

With eReaders...and the ePub format, we're always looking for content.

To read ebooks from a public library you'll need OverDrive or Bluefire Reader on the iPad

As for purchasing an eReader that supports lending eBooks from a library:

. Right now, among the popular readers, the following do support this feature:
  • Nook and Nook Color
  • Sony, all models
  • iPad (if you install the Bluefire Reader or OverDrive)
  • Others, including Android, may be included soon…
